Such a beautiful post. Where does the time go Dotti? I just realized yesterday that we only have 12 days left of this month! Let's try to appreciate every one of them. Cheers!

What a sweet girl you have! I'm excited to learn Lightroom so I can try out Kim's presets!

I've been thinking the same thing lately. They do grow up way too fast! Four of our five grandsons have birthdays in the spring. This weekend we were at the baptism of two of these boys. Oh my! They're not little any more! Campbell is such a beautiful young lady. I know you'll both enjoy your summer together, especially reading on the porch! And, last but not least, the roses are gorgeous. I like the preset you used. It does bring out the details! Enjoy your flowers!

Such a beautiful DOF on the second image, so cute Campbell is and such a happy face. Rose is just gorgeous

Sharon

Enjoy your blog so much! Yes, the grand kids are growing up too fast.

Glad to see you posting more often!

Yes, time really flies by. As for the pictures, just make sure that you give the 5 W's for them so future generations know about them and not have to wonder what the photo is. Love the before and after of Campbell's tooth. Wonderful.

Time does fly too quickly, I can't believe my daughter will be in high school the next school year. You granddaughter has a beautiful smile, she looks so happy. Your roses are lovely, I love the chocolate preset. The bench has awesome texture. It should have a sign 'Do not sit - for photography use only'. :)

When you stop and think it's shocking how quickly time is going - but beautiful photos and a great reminder to make the most of every day #LTTL

Very pretty rose shots. I know what you mean about them growing up too fast-I have a sixth grader now...how did that happen?

Her summer swim coach commented on how much she has grown from last summer to now.

Dotti, Your post is like a sweet letter from home! Your roses are beautiful . . . and I love the sweet way you've arranged them in little vases. But the best pictures of all - your granddaughter! She is adorable and growing up so very fast. I can see a world of goodness in her smile.

Campbell has such an infectious smile ! I was smiling as I read your post ! Yes, the years surely do fly by ! Love your photos of Campbell and the roses :)

Where does the time go, Dotti? Seems like just yesterday we were all complaining about winter and now here are these beautiful rose blossoms. And here's your sweet Campbell ending her year as a second grader and already an accomplished pianist! Thank goodness photography allows us to freeze these moments.

Your roses are lovely. Your old garden bench is so perfect for a prop.

sarah

Such lovely roses, beautifully photographed.

Yes, they grow up too quickly! I've been reading articles about the importance of printing photos and not just storing them digitally. The point being digital technology changes and there's a chance the way we're storing photos will be obsolete one day! Scary thought since I have gigabytes of photos! Congrats to Campbell on a successful year. She is adorable.
