Pam

This made the miles disappear for me and I felt right there with you. I'm smiling ear to ear.

What a pretty tea cup... and such lovely light! Since moving to Paris, I've become a big fan of tea and try and have a cup each evening (herbal tea... they call it "infusion" here -meaning there's no "real" tea in it. This of course confuses me ;) One of my current favorite teas is a fruity one with rooibos - which I never knew was red tea, so thank you for the little lesson :)

Beautiful tea bowl, spoon and tea bag ... the light in your images is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed your post today!

Dotti, I enjoyed ever word and image of this post - much like a lovely letter from home! Your tea bowl is beautiful - I have a deep love for all things pottery! And the handmade spoon along with the story of your tea and your friendship with Pam - a story that tells of how the ordinary and small things in life are so very important. Beautiful photos and I can almost smell the orange blossom tea!
